We’re Hiring: Sports Officer, Swim & Sports

Passionate about sports, recreation, and delivering excellent member experiences? As a Sports Officer, you will support the daily operations of our sports and swimming facilities, assist members with enquiries and bookings, and help ensure our facilities are safe, well-maintained, and ready for use. Join us in creating enjoyable sporting experiences and building a vibrant community for our members and their families!
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing reception services at the Sports and Swim counter
- Attend to inquiries regarding Sports & Swimming facilities and programs (Answering incoming telephone calls, email, checking of member booking and billing)
- Assist the department with facilities management of all sports & swim facilities and ensure it is properly maintained and that all things are in place
- Assist in the running of Sports & Swimming events/competition.
- Carry out any other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time
- Support other operational duties as assigned by the HOD or Management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Self-discipline and self-motivation as well as being a team player
- N level or ITE Certification preferably in Sports
- It would be good to have at least 1 to 2 years of experience
- Knowledge in fitness training is an advantage
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Able to work rotating shifts
- 5-day work week (including weekends & Public Holidays)
