Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Finance Executive to join our accounting team in Singapore on a full-time basis. You will support day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate reporting and contribute to sound financial management. Job Description
- Prepare and process accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and general ledger entries accurately and on time.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing, financial statements, management reports and variance analysis.
- Support GST filing, statutory compliance and coordination with auditors and tax advisers in line with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
- Maintain organised financial records and contribute to process improvements and internal controls.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline; relevant professional progress (e.g. ACCA, CPA) is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles, Singapore GST and accounting software (e.g. Xero, SAP, QuickBooks) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, integrity and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team.
