💰 Salary & Benefits

  • Basic: $5,000–$6,000
  • Overriding Commission: Minimum $3,000 and above, uncapped

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of 8–12 EV sales personnel to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop sales strategies to drive revenue and business growth.
  • Oversee the full sales process, from enquiries to vehicle delivery.
  • Coach the team on EV product knowledge, sales techniques and closing strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience; EV experience preferred.
  • Proven experience managing a sales team of 5 or more.
  • Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of EV products and the Singapore automotive market.
  • Target-driven and willing to work weekends and public holidays when required.
