The Personnel shall be competent to perform the following:

Provide support to the Nutrition & Food Science (NFS) teachers. Duties will generally include:

 Food preparations.

 Cleaning, cutting and distribution of ingredients for cooking lessons.

 Cleaning of Needlework room, kitchen work-stations, utensils and floor.

 Assist in inventory checks of kitchen equipment and ingredients as required by the NFS teachers.

 May include simple logistical arrangement/ keeping of records.

 Participate in School Activities which might go beyond working hours.

 During school holidays, the Personnel may be assigned administrative and general support duties at the General Office. These duties include, but are not limited to, printing, reception

support, filing, and document shredding.

 Ad hoc and other duties as assigned by their supervisors.
