About the role
F&B Supervisor at a Halal-certified restaurant located in Yew Tee Point , Singapore. You will monitor daily outlet operations and service standards, ensure excellent customer service and smooth order fulfilment, and support the Outlet Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic + OT + Allowance: $2,800 - $3,300 gross/month
- Store Incentive Available: $100-$500
- 6 days work per week and 10 hours per day
Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily outlet operations and service standards
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth order fulfilment
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene & food safety standards
- Assist with stock receiving, storage & inventory control
- Assist with workforce scheduling and manpower planning
- Support outlet opening and closing procedures
- Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement
- Assist Outlet Manager in achieving sales and operational targets
- Supervise and guide team members to ensure smooth daily operations
About you
- F&B / supervisory experience preferred
- Able to work 6 days/week and 10 hours/day
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Responsible, hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced environment
