  • Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
  • West - Penjuru 
  • Company Transport Provided at Jurong East MRT 
  • Basic UP $3100 + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Handle order processing, verification and follow-up with customers.
  • Prepare orders and coordinate with Planners for timely fulfilment.
  • Liaise with booking agents / ship operators on supply schedules and vessel loading.
  • Track orders and ensure all orders are accounted for daily.
  • Arrange dispatch and follow up on Delivery Orders / proof of delivery.
  • Close completed job orders for billing.
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • No experiences is required, training will be provided
