TEMP Event Coordinator / Ambassador (International Jewelry Event)
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary face of the event, embodying the brand's values, energy, and professionalism at all times
- Assist attendees throughout the entire event duration, from initial check-in and registration to closing ceremonies
- Interact with guests when necessary, answering questions about itinerary and guide them to sessions / locations
- Provide dedicated hospitality and directional support for delegation / attendees
- Manage room capacities and encourage crowd movement to keep the event running on schedule
Requirements:
- Prior B2B event or customer-facing experience
- Comfortable with ushering and talking to strangers
