Merchant Assessment Officer (6 months contract)
Brief Summary:
Join a dynamic team focused on optimizing merchant assessments while ensuring compliance and risk management. This role offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily business-as-usual (BAU) assessments and periodic reviews of new and existing merchant profiles related to AML/KYC and credit risk assessments within service level agreements (SLA).
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders during the merchant onboarding process.
- Monitor alerts as part of ongoing AML/KYC notifications.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the Merchant Assessment team.
- Maintain updated status on tracking systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE A Level or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant work experience in AML/KYC processing and risk assessment is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform under tight deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
