Location: Tampines/Kovan/Potong Pasir
Working Hours: 44 Hours per Week (No Overtime Required)
Key Duties:
- Greet walk-in and scheduled patients, verify personal particulars, and update electronic medical records
- Book, reschedule, or cancel doctor consultations and health screening slots
- Answer phone calls, respond to email or text inquiries, and handle general patient queries.
- Collect consultation fees, issue receipts, and reconcile daily collections
- Track stocks of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and office stationery, placing reorders as needed
Requirements
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to assist Mandarin elderly-speaking patients
- Prior experience in a GP clinic setting will be highly advantageous
