Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out
  • Escort guests to rooms and provide key hotel information
  • Handle luggage storage, tagging, and retrieval
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the lobby and luggage areas
  • Support front desk and concierge teams as needed
  • Perform other guest service tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Neat and professional appearance
  • Physically fit and able to handle luggage 
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior hospitality experience preferred
  • 16 years old and above (due to legal requirement)
