CLINIC & MEDISPA OPERATIONS MANAGER

S$5,000 basic + commission/KPI incentives
Permanent | 1 vacancy | Singapore

Lead the daily operations of a medical aesthetics clinic and medispa.

Job duties

  • Manage staff schedules, appointments and daily workflows.
  • Maintain service standards and handle client feedback.
  • Train and support front-desk staff, therapists and coordinators.
  • Oversee stock, procurement, equipment maintenance and vendors.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety and operational documentation.
  • Support promotions and improve sales performance.

Requirements

  • Relevant clinic or aesthetics operations experience preferred.
  • Strong team leadership and customer-service skills.
  • Organised, hands-on and confident handling operational issues.
  • Comfortable using scheduling and customer-management systems.

Working arrangements

  • Rostered schedule totalling 44 hours per week.
  • Shifts scheduled within clinic operating hours of 10am–8pm.
  • Sundays and public holidays off.
