📌 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
📝 Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and interviewers.
📅 Schedule interview dates and ensure interview rooms are available.
📂 Collect and check candidates' required documents.
📑 Prepare interview documents for interviewers.
💻 Update interview details accurately in the system.
📋 Assist in conducting interview assessments.
🔍 Help screen candidates' CVs.
💼 Support other administrative duties when required.
🎯 JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✔️ GCE O/A Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma.
✔️ Min 1 year of experience in recruitment support or interview coordination.
✔️ Able to handle multiple interview arrangements at the same time.
✔️ Good communication and organisational skills.
✔️ Able to prioritise tasks and manage a high volume of interviews.
✔️ Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented.
