Key Responsibilities
Consult with families to understand their needs, preferences, and requirements for funeral arrangements.
Explain available funeral services, packages, and pricing clearly and professionally, with empathy and care.
Liaise with funeral directors and relevant team members to ensure all arrangements are coordinated smoothly and carried out according to the family's wishes.
Provide follow-up support and assistance to families after the funeral service, where needed.
