Fort Group is a Singapore asset and investment management firm. Alongside our tech-driven serviced apartments (Fortville, Fort 780 and Fort Marshall), we manage a fund business that invests in real estate and the financial markets. This role offers broad exposure across both, with a clear path to greater responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- • Rotate through front office, operations, accounts and treasury to build a full understanding of the business.
- • Support investment research: screen and analyse property acquisitions, prepare financial models, valuations and investment memos.
- • Monitor the fund's portfolio, track market and listed-security performance, and help manage surplus cash to generate returns.
- • Prepare management reports and dashboards on occupancy, revenue and fund performance for decision-making.
- • Work with our tech partners (Cloudbeds, Trevo, Igloohome and others) to improve and test the integrated guest platform.
- • Assist with accounts, reconciliations and timely payment collection.
- • Contribute to marketing, social media and guest events.
- Requirements
- • Degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, Economics or a related field.
- • 0–3 years of experience; internships in investment, real estate or hospitality are an advantage.
- • Strong analytical and Excel skills; financial-modelling knowledge is a plus.
- • Genuine interest in investing, real estate and hospitality technology.
- • Good communication skills, curiosity and a hands-on attitude.
