📌 Core Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive physical, functional, cognitive, and ADL evaluations. Formulate and deliver evidence-based, individualized rehab treatment plans.
Manage assigned caseloads effectively across musculoskeletal, neurological, geriatric, or post-surgical conditions.
Educate families on home care programs, safety strategies, and proper assistive device usage to support discharge planning.
Work closely with medical teams, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure seamless care continuity and optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain clear, timely clinical records and uphold site-specific infection control, clinical quality, and ethical standards.
🎯 Requirements:
Degree / Recognized Qualification in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy.
Valid Professional Registration / License (AHPC or relevant regulatory board).
Experience: Prior clinical experience in a hospital, community, or rehabilitation setting.
Attributes: Strong clinical reasoning, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and swift adaptability to new clinical workflows.
