Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, motivated and enthusiastic Operations Intern to join our team!

Gain hands-on experience in manpower scheduling, daily operations, customer service and administrative coordination within the cleaning services industry.

Job Responsibilities

Assist with daily manpower scheduling, deployment and roster planning.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality and check-in/out records.
Coordinate replacement cleaners and relief manpower.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service requests.
Communicate with cleaners, supervisors and clients on daily arrangements.
Assist in resolving operational issues and service complaints.
Update schedules, attendance records and operational reports.
Perform data entry and general administrative duties.
Support the Operations Team in daily activities.

Job Requirements

ITE / Polytechnic students and fresh graduates welcome.
No experience required; training provided.
Basic Microsoft Excel, Word and computer skills.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable communicating with customers and employees.
Must commit to a 6-month internship.
Able to work 5 days weekly, including 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
Able to work rotating shifts according to roster.
