Key responsibilities:
- Manage Building Facilities and Asset Operations
- Project Coordination and Asset Enhancement
- Contractor and Vendor Management
- Drive Safety, Compliance and Sustainability
- Performance Management and Continuous Improvement
- Assist in all official events and functions of the organisation.
- Support emergency response and crisis management activities when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Maintenance Manager or Management.
Requirements:
• Diploma, Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification in Facilities Management, Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications in Facilities Management, Project Management, Workplace Safety and Health or related fields will be an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building maintenance or hotel engineering operations.
• Experience in refurbishment, renovation, fit-out, upgrading or asset enhancement projects.
• Experience in contractor and vendor management.
• Experience in hospitality, commercial, institutional or mixed-use developments is preferred.
• Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
• Good contractor, stakeholder and vendor management abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Customer-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to work beyond normal office hours, weekends and public holidays when required.
