Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with Operations, Bar, and Floor teams to ensure seamless execution of table service.
- Represent the brand’s image, values, and service standards at all times while on duty.
- Be responsible for taking reservations and responding to any guest requests via email.
- Greet each guest warmly. Be helpful, welcoming and pleasant towards each guest.
- Seat the guests in the restaurant according to designated plans. Seat guests evenly and fairly.
- Personalise each guest experience by using the guests’ names where known. Acknowledge each special occasion where known. Pass on the relevant guest information to the Captains and Server Attendants.
- Thank guests for patronising the restaurant as they leave.
- Maintain the guests’ profiles and history, taking note of all special occasions and dates, for example, birthdays and wedding anniversaries.
- Relay all guest comments to the Manager and Assistant Manager.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Provide simple floor service when possible.
Job Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confident, polished, and well-presented, with a natural ability to engage guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Calm and professional under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for hospitality and premium guest experiences.
- Prior experience in PR, guest relations, or hospitality is an advantage.
- Minimum secondary school education with O-Level passes; a diploma in any field is an advantage.
- Possess a well-groomed, clean, and professional appearance.
- Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.
No prior experience is required. Training will be provided for candidates who are hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn and grow.
