📦 YOUR JOB SCOPE
✅ Manage and track outstanding and overdue customer orders.
✅ Schedule global orders based on stock availability and delivery timelines.
✅ Work with planners and buyers to resolve stock shortages and delivery delays.
✅ Coordinate shipments, order consolidation, and product returns.
✅ Liaise with internal teams to resolve order and delivery issues.
✅ Maintain accurate order records and support daily reporting.

✔️ Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
✔️ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
