A two-storied modern Italian trattoria and rooftop bar based in Esplanade by the Marina Bay waterfront, open since 2013. Popular for our signature thin crust pizzas, pastas and grill dishes. With an open kitchen that spans 12 meters across, this allows our chefs to enjoy a dynamic work environment, where the dining ambience and guests interactions could be observed.
Our restaurant has a greater focus on fresh in-house such as handmade pasta, bread, sauces and more.
Along with the restaurant is our own brand - ARKTOS GELATO dessert kitchen right next to the restaurant, where our gelatos are freshly made from scratch.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up for dining service
- Attend to guests and take orders
- Provide recommendations based on their preference and dietary requirements.
- Maintaining cleanliness and timely services are rendered to guests at all times
- Maintaining good communication
- Other ad hoc as assigned by Superior
Requirements:
- Team player and able to work on Weekends/Public Holiday
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Singaporeans & PR only as we do not have quota for foreign applicants
