Precision Engineering Technician / QC Inspector (Singaporean) - Rotating Shift - Jurong
(1) Precision Engineering - CNC Technician
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in setting up and operating CNC or manual machining equipment.
- Technical Knowledge: Prior exposure to general metalworking or precision engineering environments is highly advantageous.
- Skills: Competent in using standard precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
(2) Precision QC Inspector
- Education: NITEC, Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on QA/QC inspection experience within a precision machining or manufacturing environment.
- Technical Literacy: Proven ability to accurately read and interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T symbols.
- Instrument Proficiency: Highly skilled in utilizing hand tools (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators) and optical inspection systems (Smartscope/profile projectors).
- Quality Knowledge: Foundational understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems and basic manufacturing defect workflows.
- Soft Skills: Sharp attention to details, practical problem-solving capabilities, and a collaborative team player mindset.
- Digital Literacy: Basic computer proficiency for logging data and navigating documentation systems
