Our client, one of the leading and reputable organization in Singapore is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Admin Assistant (Locum).
📍 Location: West Region, Singapore
💰 Salary: Up to $16/hr
💼 Employment Type: Locum / Part-Time
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain asset inventories, conduct stock takes and ensure accurate records.
- Coordinate asset tagging, movement, utilisation and disposal.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors regarding servicing, repairs and replacements.
- Support procurement, documentation and asset renewal planning.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth administrative and operational processes.
- Maintain a safe and conducive environment.
