Job Description
- Wash, peel and prepare basic food ingredients.
- Assist in preparing menu items such as tempura, noodle dishes and deep-fried starters.
- Unpack, organise and store food supplies properly, ensuring correct stock rotation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including work areas, floors and equipment.
- Perform dishwashing duties and dispose of kitchen waste appropriately.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Job Requirements
- On-the-job training will be provided.
- Basic food preparation or kitchen experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Positive attitude, responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
- Able to work well in a team and in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays according to the roster.
