Location: Suntec City, Singapore
Working Days: 5 days/week, 44 hours (including weekends & PH)
Working Hours: Rotating shifts between 10 AM – 11 PM (including split shifts)
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and attentive service to guests in a fine-dining environment.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages according to service standards.
- Handle guest enquiries and requests to ensure an excellent dining experience.
- Assist with daily restaurant operations, including table setup and service preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold restaurant service standards.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Good communication skills with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Responsible, adaptable and willing to learn.
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
