About the role
Join our growing F&B (Snacks) team as a Sales Service Crew member. You will actively promote products and recommend suitable items to customers, achieve daily and monthly sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and perform cashiering duties. You will also replenish stocks, maintain attractive product displays, assist with simple food preparation, packaging and serving, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the store.
Key responsibilities
- Actively promote products and recommend suitable items to customers
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets to earn attractive commissions
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with enquiries
- Perform cashiering duties and handle customer payments
- Replenish stocks and maintain attractive product displays
- Assist with simple food preparation, packaging and serving
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the store
- Perform other duties as assigned
About you
- Friendly, energetic and customer-oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven and motivated to earn commissions
- Responsible, hardworking and a good team player
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
- No experience required – training will be provided
