Salary: $2,500‑$4,000 monthly, based on working experience, with performance‑based commission. Compensation package can be negotiated for outstanding talents.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage at least one outlet, conduct regular store visits (run store checks) across outlets. Oversee overall daily store operations, ensure all outlets follow standard SOP for food preparation, service quality and hygiene. Lead, coach and manage in-store crew;
- arrange staff rosters, monitor team performance and resolve on-site operational issues.
- Monitor store sales performance, implement promotions, control food cost, labour cost and inventory to reduce wastage.
- Handle customer escalations and feedback, maintain good customer experience. Complete daily and periodic reporting for outlet performance, stock status and operational matters to headquarters.
Job Requirements
- At least 3–4 outlets management experience in F&B stores. Able to communicate in English and Chinese.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving skills and sense of responsibility. Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required. Positive working attitude, stable and willing for long‑term employment.
Work Location:
277 Orchard Road 01-10, 238858 (On-site, required to travel between outlets for store visits)
