E-Commerce Operations Executive
Overview
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage and grow our online sales across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other digital platforms. You will be responsible for website management, digital marketing, online campaigns, TikTok Live, and sales performance to drive revenue growth and enhance the customer shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings, pricing and promotions across Shopee, TikTok Shop and other e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions and market trends.
- Assist in planning and execute online sales campaigns, flash deals and promotions.
- Suggest ideas and strategies to boost online sales.
- Create product images, promotional banners and marketing visuals using Chatgpt/Canva.
- Assist and co-host livestream sessions on TikTok Shop and Shopee.
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Handle online customer enquiries and attend to walk-in customers.
- Support warehouse sales, company events and other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- O-Level, Nitec, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 1 year of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Online Sales, or Marketplace Management.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
