An established company is seeking a Part-Time HR & Admin Executive to support its daily HR operations, payroll and employee administration.
Job Highlights
- $14 per hour
- 3 days per week
- Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (flexible days by arrangement)
- Tuas South
Job Responsibilities
- Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with payroll processing, leave administration and HRMS updates.
- Coordinate staff training and employee engagement activities.
- Support daily HR and office administration.
- Assist with company events and ad-hoc HR projects.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in HR administration or HR operations.
- Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and MOM requirements.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and work pass applications.
- Experience with Infotech HRMS (Payroll & Leave) is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Able to work independently with good organisational skills.
