Responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining bar cleanliness and supporting daily bar operations to ensure quality service and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and company standards.
- Take beverage orders and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure the bar area, equipment and utensils are clean and properly maintained.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish beverages, garnishes and bar supplies as required.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of beverages and ingredients.
- Comply with hygiene, safety and responsible alcohol service requirements.
- Assist with bar setup, closing duties and stocktaking where required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or outlet management.
Job Requirements
- Previous bartending or F&B experience is preferred but not essential.
- Basic knowledge of beverages and drink preparation is an advantage.
- Customer-oriented, responsible and willing to learn.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
