Job Description

Position Title: CNC Machinist
Working Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: 4 days (7.00am - 7.00pm, Shift rotation)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,500 + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces for drilling, grinding, milling, turning, 2-axis turning, and 5-axis milling.
Read drawings, blueprints, sketches, and CAD/CAM files to plan machining methods.
Use precision measuring tools to inspect machined parts, ensure specifications are met, and correct defects.
Create or adjust CNC programs, select suitable tools and coolant, and improve cutting settings for quality and productivity.
Monitor machine operations, troubleshoot faults, perform basic adjustments, and maintain machines and tools.
Support fabrication, assembly, inspection, and testing while maintaining production output and quality.

NTC / ITC in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Relevant experience in machining or precision manufacturing.
Experience in CNC machining, including 2-axis turning and 5-axis milling.
Able to read technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
Willing to work rotating shifts if required
