Job Description:
- Manage daily clinic operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and referral booking.
- Attend to walk-in patients and telephone enquiries, including chaperone activities.
- Maintain accurate patient records, monitor medication inventory and ensure the clinic remains presentable.
- Assist with medical report submissions and TPA/CHAS/MediSave claims processing.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N/O level.
- Comfortable standing for long hours.
