Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a positive and professional guest dining experience
  • Serve food and beverages with excellence in accordance with company service standards
  • Clear and maintain dining areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness
  • Handle orders, payments, and guest requests smoothly and efficiently
  • Support Restaurant Managers and Supervisors in upholding service quality
  • Foster teamwork and practice clear communication on shift

Requirements:

  • At least N-Level or relevant Diploma
  • Minimum 1 years of F&B or hospitality experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards
