- Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates based on clients' hiring requirements.
- Coordinate interview arrangements and liaise with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage job postings, candidate enquiries, employment documentation, and onboarding arrangements.
Requirement
📜Minimum Higher Nitec or Diploma in any field.
