Key Account Manager (Beauty & Personal Care Industry) | MNC | mon-fri
💰 Salary: Up to $6,500/month
📍 Location: Singapore
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with major retail accounts to drive sales growth and achieve business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand product distribution and strengthen market presence.
- Work closely with retail partners and distributors to coordinate product launches, sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Develop account strategies and negotiate commercial agreements to maximise business performance.
- Monitor product availability, stock movement and in-store presentation to ensure effective retail execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams on order fulfilment, inventory planning, deliveries and product returns.
- Review sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Build long-term partnerships with key customers while ensuring smooth daily account operations.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Modern Trade (MT) or Key Account Management.
- Experience in FMCG, beauty, skincare or personal care brands will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with distributor management and retail operations.
- Independent, commercially driven and able to manage multiple key accounts.
