Parts Inspector (CNC Machining)

📍 Location: Joo Koon
💰 Salary: $3,500 – $4,000
📋 Employment Type: Permanent

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform dimensional and visual inspections of CNC-machined components.
  • Conduct first article, in-process and final inspections.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, tolerances and GD&T.
  • Use precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges and bore gauges.
  • Identify and report defects or non-conforming parts.
  • Maintain inspection records and work closely with production and quality teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma.
  • Relevant inspection experience in CNC machining or precision engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments.
  • Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • CMM and GD&T knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented and willing to work overtime when required.
