The role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Ice Cream Kiosk Service Crew to join our team in the Central Region.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Scooping and serving a variety of ice cream with waffles
- Preparing coffee beverages
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Restocking and maintaining inventory levels
- Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Assisting with general kiosk operations as needed
What we're looking for
- Preferably previous experience in a food service role, especially in a kiosk or dessert-focused establishment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
