Kitchen Steward / Warewash Specialist
Location: Changi
Remuneration: $17.00 per hour
Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts (07:00 – 19:00 / 19:00 – 07:00)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashing systems and manually wash kitchenware, cutlery, and utensils.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct general housekeeping and waste disposal across the back-of-house area.
- Support kitchen operations with ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements & Attire
- Attire: Plain black top, plain black trousers, black socks, and steel-toe anti-slip safety shoes (mandatory).
- Experience: Prior stewarding experience is an advantage, but comprehensive on-site training will be provided.
- Reliability, punctuality, and ability to handle physical kitchen operations.
