Job Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with enquiries and provide excellent service.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
  • Process orders, appointments, and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate customer records.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills.
