Barista / Service Crew for TON COFFEE (5-Day Weekday Office Hours)
Job Overview & Highlights
Salary: $2,200 – $2,500 / month (based on experience) + Monthly Punctuality Incentive + Outlet Sales Bonus + End of Employment Year Bonus
Work Schedule: Fixed 5-Day Weekday Schedule (Monday to Friday only)
Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (includes 1-hour meal/rest break)
Locations (All MRT-Connected): Somerset (New Opening), Guoco Tower, Marina Bay Link Mall, Shenton Way, Square 2

Key Responsibilities
Beverage & Food Preparation: Handcraft artisanal drinks, specialty teas, and TON COFFEE signature brews strictly according to established SOPs. Execute light food prep (baguettes toasting and counter display presentation).
Counter Operations & Cashiering: Operate POS cashiering systems efficiently during morning and lunch office rush hours. Take customer orders accurately and manage order hand-offs smoothly.
Store Operations & Hygiene: Maintain strict cleanliness, sanitization, and food safety standards across all bar and counter areas. Execute opening procedures and mid-day stock replenishment.
Requirements
Singaporeans / PRs only.
Punctual, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail kiosk environment.
Prior barista or F&B quick-service experience preferred, but entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are welcome (structured training provided).
Valid WSQ Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate
Basic English communication skills required.
