LUXURY BRAND AMBASSADOR – FESTIVE EVENT CAMPAIGN | NOV & DEC 2026
Be part of an exciting festive campaign for a prestigious international luxury beauty brand! We are looking for well-groomed, confident and service-oriented individuals to deliver a premium and memorable guest experience.
JOB DETAILS
📍 Location: Orchard, Singapore
💰 Pay Rate: $14/hour
⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
📅 Event Period: November – December 2026
Event Dates:
- 13–19 November 2026
- 12–13 December 2026
- 19–20 December 2026
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome, greet and usher guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Guide guests through an exclusive, interactive festive brand experience.
- Clearly explain activity instructions and assist guests throughout the experience.
- Facilitate smooth guest flow and ensure an enjoyable customer journey.
- Attend to guest enquiries with confidence, patience and professionalism.
- Assist with queue management and maintain an organised event environment.
- Provide on-site event support and perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Well-groomed, presentable and professional appearance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confident, friendly and approachable when engaging with guests.
- Able to explain instructions clearly and effectively.
- Polite, proactive, responsible and attentive to details.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
- Prior experience in luxury retail, hospitality, guest relations, brand activation or event ushering is an advantage.
- Punctual, reliable and able to work well in a team.
- Candidates who can commit to multiple event dates, especially consecutive days, are highly preferred.
