- Manage service related activities to ensure the delivery of value to customers; achieving customer satisfaction & customer loyalty
- Manage the location work schedule to meet the operational needs based on projected event operations
- Supervise casual team members to ensure they understand the scopes of their roles and can perform the desired tasks and duties to a high standard
- Ensure inventory levels are maintained to maximise food and beverage sales
- Ensure that briefings take place prior to every event
- Only those with Valid Food Hygiene Certificate need apply
