Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Service Technician to install and maintain water dispensers at corporate client sites across Singapore. You will represent our company with professionalism, delivering reliable service in a respectful, meritocratic and multicultural workplace that values work-life balance.
Job Description
- Install, configure and commission water dispensers at client premises island-wide, ensuring safe and compliant set-up.
- Carry out routine maintenance, sanitisation, filter replacement, troubleshooting and repairs to keep equipment performing well.
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly and courteously with corporate clients to resolve queries.
- Uphold a professional service image, including punctuality, appropriate attire and adherence to site safety requirements.
Job Requirements
- 'N' level or certificate in a technical, engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience in installation or servicing.
- Good troubleshooting skills, attention to detail and a strong commitment to workplace safety and hygiene standards.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills in English, with a professional, client-focused manner.
- Able to travel across Singapore and carry out tasks involving standard equipment handling; a valid Class 3A driving licence is required.
