Monday to Friday
1st shift, 7 am - 3 pm
2nd shift, 3 pm - 11 pm with allowance 180
3rd shift, 11 pm - 7 am with allowance 330
Transport allowance 110
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee incoming quality inspections in compliance with cGMP and Quality System requirements.
- Conduct visual, mechanical and functional inspections of raw materials, components and finished parts.
- Identify, report and manage non-conforming products and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Support first article/first piece inspections and prioritize inspection schedules.
- Maintain inspection records, documentation, inventory and defective product tracking.
- Ensure compliance with quality specifications, procedures and work instructions.
- Train and certify personnel on inspection requirements.
- Monitor production processes and conduct quality compliance checks.
- Support quality improvement projects and other duties assigned by supervisors or engineers.
Requirement:
- At least GCE “O” Level, ITE/ NITEC in the field of mechanical, mechatronic, or other engineering discipline or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in quality technician role in a regulated manufacturing environment will be an advantage
