The Opportunity:

  • Our Client, MNC shipping & Logistics company
  • Location: Changi
  • Salary: Up to $4000
  • Monday - Friday, Alternate Saturday
  • Working hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Saturday 8:30am - 12:30pm)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage air export shipment enquiries and coordinate end-to-end shipment arrangements, ensuring timely support for customers, overseas offices, and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and coordinate export documentation, permit applications, shipping instructions, and ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with airlines, transport vendors, warehouses, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth cargo collection, flight bookings, and shipment execution.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in air freight operations or freight forwarding environment.
