📢 TEMP / CONTRACT HR & RECRUITMENT OFFICER
📍 Location: Orchard
🕐 Working Days: 5 Days Work Week
📅 Employment Type: Temporary / Contract
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with job posting and candidate sourcing through various job portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Contact candidates to arrange interviews and follow up on applications.
- Coordinate interview schedules and candidate submissions.
- Assist with basic HR administrative matters and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding arrangements.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- Prior recruitment or HR administrative experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable communicating with candidates over the phone and through WhatsApp.
- Organised, meticulous and willing to learn.
