Contract period: 10 Nov 2026 - 31 Dec 2026 (Renewable)
Salary: $12/hr
Timing: Monday - Friday | 11AM - 7PM
Job Requirements
- Greet and attend to customers professionally and provide friendly customer service.
- Promote banking accounts and debit cards by sharing product knowledge, features and benefits.
- Proactively engage customers to acquire new-to-bank customers and achieve daily sales targets.
- Guide customers through digital account opening and application processes, ensuring accurate submissions.
- Assist with basic banking enquiries and direct customers to the appropriate channels when necessary.
- Promote ongoing banking products and campaigns.
- Ensure all customer onboarding activities comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the assigned work area.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable with sales and achieving daily targets.
- Basic computer and digital application skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
