- Lead, manage & motivate the retail team 👥

- Manage inventory, stock replenishment & merchandising
- Conduct staff training, coaching & performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with store SOPs & operational standards
✅ REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in retail management or a similar leadership role
- Beauty, cosmetics, skincare or luxury retail experience is an advantage 💄
- Strong leadership & people management skills
- Sales-driven with a proven track record of achieving KPIs
- Good communication & problem-solving skills
- Able to work retail shifts, weekends & public holidays
