Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and verify incoming goods against delivery documents.
- Perform scanning, sorting, labeling and storage of inventory in designated locations.
- Pick, pack and prepare orders accurately for dispatch and delivery.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock records.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies, damages or shortages to the supervisor.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload goods from trucks or containers.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of customer and internal orders.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization and housekeeping standards within the warehouse.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to support smooth warehouse operations.
- Assist with other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum secondary education or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage.
- Valid forklift license (preferred).
- Ability to lift and move heavy items when required.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
- Familiarity with barcode scanners and warehouse management systems is an advantage.
- Good teamwork, communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
