Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Follow established recipes, portion standards and presentation guidelines.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests.
- Complete bar setup and mise en place before service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar throughout operations.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish items as required.
- Handle glassware, equipment and beverage products responsibly.
- Assist with stock counts and closing procedures.
- Work closely with the bar and floor teams during high-volume service.
- Follow all hygiene, safety and responsible-service procedures.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience preferred; candidates with relevant training and strong potential may also be considered.
- Basic knowledge of spirits, cocktails and beverage preparation.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Energetic, responsible and able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Must be comfortable working late-night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
