Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests throughout their experience at the venue.
- Provide attentive table and beverage service.
- Take orders accurately and coordinate with the bar and service team.
- Serve beverages promptly and maintain table presentation.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond professionally to requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of assigned service areas.
- Assist with opening, closing and venue setup duties.
- Work closely with supervisors, bartenders and Guest Relations to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain NAVA × 404's service and presentation standards at all times.
Requirements
- Previous F&B, hospitality, bar or nightlife experience is preferred, but candidates with a strong service attitude may also be considered.
- Friendly, energetic and guest-oriented.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
- Able to work effectively in a busy and high-energy environment.
- Team player with a positive and responsible attitude.
- Must be comfortable working late-night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
